We began by drawing three or more seascape items, making sure to make each smaller as they go back into space. We outlined our drawing with black marker and colored each with crayon.
We then looked at the impressionist artist Claude Monet and his use of small horizontal brush strokes to create the look of water. We then used watercolor to paint in our water and sky like an Impressionist.
